Available Program Categories Include:
SCHOOL ASSEMBLIES High-energy programs presented by two or more Instructors for large groups of students. Our assemblies often kick-off or introduce the main historical elements for a specific period’s study unit. ~ 60 - 90 minutes

First-Person Interactive Performances
FOCUS-ON-HISTORY CLASSES: These are 45-60 minute programs presented by a single IHC Instructor, concentrating on one subject from a specific time period, e.g. "Armor of the Middle Ages", "Tunics & Chitons of the Ancient World", etc.
LIVING HISTORY WORKSHOPS: An intensive interactive program that requires a minimum of two and half hours, as it guides a group of up to 32 students through activities related to the culture, social structure and daily life experiences of the time period being presented.
HANDS-ON-HISTORY MARKET FAIRES: ~ 60 to 90 minutes.
Generally presented as a culmination to a series of IHC’s Focus-on-History classes or a Living History Workshop, the period Market Faire can be one of the most memorable and intensive history-experiences a student can enjoy For those interested in coordinating one of these programs for their social studies or humanities classes, Please call The Interactive History Co. about organizing and providing activities for a variety of period-style trade and barter faires, including: An Ancient Greek Market Faire; A Medieval Barter Faire; an Elizabethan May-Day Market or a Colonial Apprentice Faire.
LIBRARY & MUSEUM PROGRAMS: These programs are similar to our Focus-on-History classes. Depending on the subject matter and audience, these programs are 30 to 60 minute long presentations.
